TiG Consulting Group S de RL de CV (hereinafter "Moviliza+"), with registered address at C/ Sierra Negra Nro. 410 – Door 48 – CDMX (11000), Mexico, is the data controller of the personal data collected through this website, its mobile applications, and the services offered.

To provide our services, we collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: full name, email address, phone number.
- Payment data: processed securely by our provider Stripe. We never store the full number of your card.
- Device data: model, operating system, ICCID of the installed eSIM, usage data (for technical support purposes).
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
- Process the purchase and delivery of eSIM packages.
- Provide technical support and customer service.
- Process refunds when applicable.

- eSIM connectivity technology providers: operators and platforms required to activate, provision, and manage lines in destination countries.

- Competent authorities, when there is a founded and motivated request.
In all cases, we require our providers to comply with equivalent data protection standards.
