Before you start

Before installing, confirm that your phone supports eSIM, that it is unlocked and that you have stable internet to download the profile.

1. Check compatibilityReview the exact model on the compatibility page before buying or installing.
2. Keep the QR or manual code nearbyInside your account we keep both visible when the provider returns them.
3. Install with stable internetThe initial profile download needs Wi-Fi or data from another line.

Installation on iPhone

The best iPhone experience is to scan the QR or use the Apple direct link when available.

Open Settings > Mobile Data.Look for the option to add an eSIM or add a mobile plan.

Scan the QR or use the direct link.If you have an Apple link, it is usually the easiest way to install.

Label your travel line.This makes it easier to distinguish it from your main number.

Enable data and roaming when it is time.Do it based on the destination and when you want to start using it.

Installation on Android

On Android it changes by manufacturer, but the route is usually Settings > SIM / Mobile Network > Add eSIM.

Open Settings and look for SIM or Mobile Network.The option can vary slightly between Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi and other manufacturers.

Add a new eSIM.The system will ask you to scan the QR or enter a manual code.

Choose the data line.When you travel, enable the eSIM as the data line and review roaming if the destination operator requires it.

Run a quick check.Verify that the network connects correctly before depending on it.

If something fails

The most common problems usually have a simple cause, and it is worth checking them in this order.

The QR is not recognisedTry the manual code or make sure the camera focuses correctly and the brightness is high enough.
The eSIM option does not appearIt may be a non-compatible model or a market variant without eSIM support.
It does not connect on arrivalCheck that the eSIM is selected for data and that roaming is enabled if needed.
